Refund & Return Policy – AutoTransmissions.shop

Thank you for shopping at AutoTransmissions.shop. Because automobile parts are mechanical items, all returns and refunds are governed by the following policy.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly shipped items
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Returned parts must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Parts installed or used
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Clearance and scratch-and-dent items

Refunds

  • Returned products are inspected once received
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the part is confirmed defective or mis-shipped
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped
  • Cannot cancel an order that has already shipped
