AW55-51 2004-2011 Saab 9-3 – Remanufactured 5-Speed Automatic Trans

Every remanufactured transmission we sell is backed by a Million Mile warranty up to 7 years, the best in the industry. The reason we can offer this warranty? Every transmission undergoes the same rigorous remanufacturing process:

1. Teardown and Triple Clean – Every transmission is disassembled, inspected, and cleaned three times. We also chase all threads and install all new bushings during this process.
2. Valve Body Rebuild and Test – Our most experienced team members rebuild and inspect each valve body before testing it using our C.A.R.S. testing system, which simulates real-world use and validates the valve body.
3. New O-Rings, Gaskets, and Seals – Once the valve body is tested, the transmission is reassembled with all new o-rings, gaskets, and seals.
4. Dyno Testing – Our custom dyno testing machines spin and load test every transmission to verify it’s ready for the road.

When you buy a remanufactured transmission from Powertrain Products, you’re buying a transmission that meets or exceeds OEM specifications. And we back that claim up with our available 7 Year, 1 Million Mile Warranty.
